Privacy Policy
This page explains what this independent Wild Tokyo review site collects when you read it, and what it leaves alone. We publish reviews. We are not the casino, and we cannot see, open or change any account you hold with an operator.
Who runs this site
The site is a review publication for readers in Australia. It has no player accounts, no cashier and no login. Nothing you read here requires you to hand over a name, a card number or an identity document.
If a page ever appears to ask you for those details, it is not coming from us, and you should close it.
What we collect
Like most websites, our server records basic technical data when a page is requested: your IP address, the browser and device type, the page you asked for, the page that sent you here and the time of the visit. We use this to keep the site running and to see which reviews people actually read.
If you write to us, we keep your message and the address you wrote from so that we can reply. We use it for that purpose only.
Cookies and similar tools
We use a small number of cookies and similar tools to remember simple choices and to count visits in aggregate. They do not tell us who you are.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The pages will still open if you do, though a few convenience features may stop remembering your choices.
Links to the operator
Buttons and links on this site lead to the operator's own website. Once you click, you leave our site, and the operator's privacy policy applies to whatever you do there. The registration form on the operator's side links to its own Privacy Policy, and it is worth reading before you enter an email address.
A link may carry a tracking tag so that the operator can tell the visit came from us. The tag does not contain your personal details.
How long we keep data and who sees it
Server logs are kept for a limited period and then deleted or anonymised. We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the hosting and analytics providers that work for us, or with an authority when the law requires it.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Use the contact details given on this site and tell us which visit or message you mean. We aim to handle requests in line with Australian privacy law.
This site is for adults. If you are under 18, please do not use it, and do not send us your details.
Changes to this page
When our practices change, we update this page and the text above. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised version. Check back now and then, especially before you contact us.
